PROFILES

Emily Dunn - Before launching Dunn Consulting Emily worked as a Community Manager for an online social network where she was afforded the  opportunity to cultivate relationships and found a passion for social media.  Before that Emily worked with manufacturers, distributors, and retailers, including "The Happiest Place on Earth" to round out her skills in marketing, project management, customer service, and sales.  Emily has a B.A. of Interior Design from Michigan State University and now finds that her creative side has found a better outlet online.

When she is offline she is likely working on a new recipe, completing a paint-by-number, or at Morton Arboretum volunteering.

Maryellen Sandford - Has been developing websites for 10 years and has experience with Python, Zope, Plone, Java Script, markup languages, CSS.  Before bringing the heat to Dunn Consulting she worked two years (06-08) at the Capital Area District Library (www.cadl.org) as a web developer/software engineer where she used Plone (a Zope/Python based CMS).  Part of her duties were to create custom software, modify existing code, handle software migration, database backups, and all other day to day development tasks.  She is also well versed in custom photography as you can see from a small sampling here. 

Maryellen has her BS in Computer Science Information Systems from Grand Valley State University. 

When she is not online you will probably find her chasing kids and fixing the wounds of her four small sons.
